Biffy Cocktail
Ingredients
30ml KRONAN
60ml Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
Egg White or Vegan Alternative

Today’s a special day, as it marks the start of a project that I’ve been working on for a very long time, alongside one of my favourite brands in the industry, kronanpunsch . Over the next 11 weeks I’ll be sharing a range of very special cocktails, and telling the story of KRONAN and Swedish Punsch as a whole.

To do this, I’ll be using the 22 cocktails, each featured in the classic 1930’s Savoy Cocktail Book using Swedish Punsch. This has really been a project packed with history and in the making for nearly 2 years. It’s fair to say that some of the drinks were designed for the palate of a different generation, but I’ve added my own personal touch to reinvent them, like in this Biffy cocktail

It was a classic sour drink, but I wanted a touch of finesse and a different body to the cocktail, hence the addition of the egg white, or in this case vegan alternative.
